Don't grab hold of the past tightly and do not want to let go of it.
Whatever good or bad things happened to you in the past
Whether you felt happy or angry, you just let them go.
The past had finished. Focus on what is before you now, then you can create the future that you want to search for. This is a method of how you can live a meaningful life.
