I always talk about thankfulness and be thankful in previous posts.
Today I saw an article (in Chinese) in a magazine - The ten life lessons of Oprah Winfrey.
Guess what? The very first one is Practice thankfulness....
I translate the article into English to be shared with you in parts here..
Lesson 1 practice thankfulness
The most importance part of the practice in my life is the thankfulness practice. The very first thought that comes to my mind when I wake up Every morning: [thank you God, I am still alive.].....
Write down 5 thankful things as your daily routine. If you are thankful to all matters that appear or come in your life, your whole world will be changed accordingly. When you realize and appreciate what you have and you do not grasp on what you don’t have, then you have actually spread kindness to others and attract more kindness in return simultaneously. So the fastest and Most effective way that you change your life is being thankful - the source of attaining beautiful and amazing things in life.
