I find that ....



I find that many people focus on their past and future things... 
however they do not remember how lucky and blessed they are...

If we focus on and live at the present moments, we will see the difference...
It needs some practice and training of our mind to focus, 

It is indeed good news to know that Hundreds of children in the UK will be taught mindfulness among a range of innovative techniques with the aim of promoting good mental health. 

Meditation helps us to focus and connect with our inner self. Through practice and training, we gradually become focus more and attain our inner peace.
